2. No Refunds After Approval:
- Refunds will not be available once the client approves mock-up designs and we proceed to the development phase.
3. Mutual Termination:
- If a project is mutually terminated, clients retain control over all completed work, but no refunds will be issued for payments or deposits made before termination.
4. No Partial Refunds:
- We do not offer partial refunds for projects halted midway through a milestone phase.
- All sales are final once a milestone is reached and approved by the client.
5. Marketing Services:
- Special promotions or offers provided by our marketing team cannot be canceled or refunded as these are limited-time offers designed specifically for immediate implementation.
6. SEO & Digital Marketing Packages:
- These packages adhere strictly to a no-refund policy.
- However, clients have the option of canceling with written notice 30 days in advance without incurring additional charges.
7. Abandoned Projects:
- Projects abandoned or left dormant for more than 30 days will not qualify for refunds on deposits or payments made before the period of dormancy.
